I spent 2 nights here with my small family and had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was huge, well-appointed, and included a large bathroom as well as a toaster. The staff served milk, bread, and cereals for breakfast. The venue is in a central location right by the shops and railway. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place.

The staff were AFFABLE, the breakfast was gorgeous and everything was immaculate. Booked a room with nice views over the valley and mountains and lush green grass fields from the room. Our location was comfortable and peaceful to a common breakfast area. What's more, it was very close to the Town centre, Muswellbrook and trucks at all hours.

The breakfast was gorgeous with a great selection of different food. I really enjoyed the room with nice bathroom, the bed was quiet. I had a relaxing experience and would happily return.

Always come back for city break. Staff helped with local info on first stay. Perfect place with Free Wi, Fi, parking, Outdoor dining, Flat, screen TV. Love having in, room breakfast, AC, and NO smoking. Great for Hiking, Cycling, Canoeing, Fishing, Golf. Electric kettle and Cookware/Utensils make it homey.

Just checked out of a cozy B&B with the best breakfast ever! LOVED the huge bathroom in our room. Peaceful area was a plus. Would stay again. Pictures don't do justice.

The room had two comfortable double beds, and the location was fantastic, within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit.
